I would add an external filter. Probably Aquatlantis Cleansys Pro 1400.

Personally I would go fully custom at that size but i don't know if there are any good aquarium builders in Cyprus.
I know there are a decent amount of good aquarium builders in the Netherlands, Belgium and germany so it gives a bit of competition when it comes to price.

It's probably also the reason you might have a hard time finding reviews when it comes to these tanks.
There aren't as much people buying a 150cm tank as there are people that buy an 80cm so thats probably the main reason information is scarce.

If at all posible i would atleast find a store that sells them and just have a look at them to check out things like build quality and ease of maintaining it.

I have had a look for custom first. Point is it would cost me much more money to build a custom tank as I want it.

I found an aquarium shop here in Cyprus who is selling the Aquatlantis for 1800 euros, with the cabinet and the external filter. I think the price is good. But I cant have a look first, because he is working with orders only.

Did a quick search and i am reading that filter is using cartridges instead of media/sponge baskets.
So would look for something that has regular media baskets so you don't end up with expensive cartridges that might be no longer available in a year.

I would take my 1800 euro's elsewhere in that case.
It's a decent amount of money and buying something i haven't seen in person is what i would avoid.
Would atleast want to see a demo model.

Problem is no shop here have them in stock, so I cant see any tank before order.

Yeah I am not sure about the filter either. I am trying to make a deal without it and buy a Fluval Fx6 instead.

Sounds a bit like you are in a rush to buy atleast something.
Biggest piece of advice i can give you is take your time.
Especially when it comes to buying something you haven't seen in person.

Actually I am searching for the perfect much 3-4 months now 😅 but the truth is I am very confused with all that new information

Did you take a look at other brands?
The Juwel Rio 450 for example is a more common tank and there are loads of reviews available for that tank.

I have seen them yes. But they are all coming with internal filter unfortunately.

With a sharp flexible blade it takes 15 minutes to take it out without any damage.
First thing I did with my Rio 125.
Plenty of video's out there on how to do it.

Could even ask the store to do it for you.
